I also see some gaps where a few other shows could be announced, like Minneapolis between Chicago and Milwaukee (that was the route in 2004), kalamazoo/south bend/fort Wayne between grand rapids and Indy (morris Pac in south bend is open on the 15th), and either Evansville or Louisville between Indy and cincinnati.
